It's helpful to start doing this in a small way that feels safe - by writing in a journal or speaking with a close friend, testing out the reaction and how it feels for you - you need to make sure you are ready to deal with any repercussions that may occur. Finding a group that feels safe to express yourself authentically in can be very healing. Once we start to tell our stories it enables us to be empowered to write a new ending... Cancel
