ISEN has compiled a Crisis Guide in several languages which contains information and guidance on what you can do to help yourself or others during a Spiritual Emergency.
You can read a list of typical things you might experience.
We understand that going through this process is very challenging for you and we aim to guide you to practitioners who are familiar with spiritual emergency phenomena and who will journey with you and support you through your process.
You can check here to see if your country has a local SEN, where you can find people who will be able to help you.

Making sure you get plenty of sleep, eating well, exercising and spending lots of time in natural environments also helps. Give yourself time and be gentle with yourself, it’s normal to experience a lot of anxiety at these times, so you may need to occasionally have some peaceful space away from family, friends or work, although it’s important not to isolate yourself too much either.
